Question
Images do not print to the outer edge even with the outer margin driver setting set to zero. Outer margin settings are not saved. (PTBurn or SDK)

Answer

PTBurn/SDK - Images Do Not print to the Outer Edge of Discs.

Fix this problem by replacing the SureThing merge template file. Follow these instructions.

1. Download this file:

BitmapPTBurn.std

2. On the client computer, place the file in C:\Program Files\Common Files\PTBurn and overwrite the current file.

3. On the server computer click on Start - Control Panel - Printers and Faxes - right click on the Disc Publisher II icon and select Printing Preferences. Make sure your Paper Size is set to 120mm and the Non-Printable Outer Margin is set to 0. This may need to be increased depending on the brand of the disc.

4. Re-open your client application and resend the print file.
