After the disc is done burning, Windows tries to automatically play the content on the disc.

Autoplay needs to be turned of on all drives connected to the computer.

To turn off Autoplay,

  1. Click on Start - Choose Run.
  2. In the box type GPEDIT.MSC - Press Enter. This will open the Group Policy editor for Windows.
  3. Click the + symbol next to Computer Configuration.
  4. Click Administrative Templates.
  5. Click on System - System options will be displayed in the right pane.
  6. Right-click on the Turn off Autoplay option and select Properties.
  7. Select the Enabled box and change the “Turn off Autoplay on:” option to All Drives.
  8. Select Apply and then OK. Close the Group Policy editor.
