How do I run a Tech Support Report (TSR) in PTPublisher? (Mac or PC)
PC
Click on the help "?" icon in the upper right corner of the PTPublisher software to open the Support Center. Click on the "Create Support Report" button. In a few moments a zip file containing log files etc. will be placed on your desktop.
Mac
Click on the "PTPublisher" menu. Select "Support Center". Click on the "Create Support Report" button. In a few moments a zip file containing log files etc. will be placed where indicated by the message on screen.
