Type of job incompatible with type of disc error.
There are two possible reasons for this error:
- You are attempting to burn DVD material onto CD media. Make sure you have DVD media in the supply bin of your duplicator.
- Test only or Test and Record features do not function correctly with DVD+R Media. DVD+R Media does not allow testing. This is a limitation of DVD+R media not Primo DVD. Choose Record only or Record and Verify to successfully record your DVD+R or switch to DVD-R media.
