My ribbon has broken. How can I fix it? How can I prevent it? (Signature Slide Printer)
Ribbon breaks can occur if the heat setting is too high. Decrease the heat setting in the Settings area of PTLab or from the printer driver preferences if you are not printing from PTLab.
To repair a ribbon break follow the procedure in section 3E of the manual.
