PTPublisher NE Service: How do I completely remove the PTPublisher NE Service installed on the server computer?
Please use these instructions to completely remove the program.
1. Go to Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. Find PTPublisherService and click Remove.
2. Delete the "PTPublisherService" folder from C:\Program Files\Primera Technology\
3. Now delete the "PTPJobs" folder from the root of the C:\ drive.
Note: This folder contains your log file and your License Code. Rename this folder to "PTPJobsOLD" if you think you may want to retain this information.
4. Reboot the PC.
5. Reinstall the latest software from the files downloaded from our download site.
