Question
Windows was unable to install the driver - Error appears when attempting to install driver on Windows Vista.

Answer

Windows was unable to install the driver - Error appears when attempting to install driver on Windows Vista.

This error will appear if you are attempting to install a Primera 32-bit driver on Windows Vista 64-bit edition.  Primera does not currently offer 64-bit drivers for the Bravo II or the Bravo XR.  You will need to install the driver for these products on a 32-bit edition of Windows Vista.  All other current products have a 64-bit driver.  Download them from our Driver Download Page.

To find out which version of Windows you have, right click on My Computer on your desktop - choose Properties.  Basic information about your computer will appear in the right window pane.
