Question
The laminator leaves a jagged ring of unlaminated area around the middle of the disc.

Answer

The laminator leaves a jagged ring of unlaminated area around the middle of the disc.

The Disc Hub Spacer is probably in the down position which is the correct position for discs that are not hub printable. However, there are many different sized hubs available and different definitions for what exactly hub printable means. For our purposes, if the center hub is less than 38.6mm you will need to set the Disc Hub Spacer to the higher (up) position so the laminator laminates the entire disc including the hub. In most cases laminating the hub will not be noticeable.
