Prints from NiceLabel but does not print from any other program. Job appears in queue and then immediately disappears. (LX400-LX810)
This only applies to Windows 7 computers.
The current user does not have the necessary rights to the C:\ProgramData\PTI folder.
Please give all users read + write access to this folder and all subfolders. To do so, right click on the PTI folder and click on Properties. Click on the Security tab. Click on Everyone group or the specific group you would like to give access. Click on Allow for Full Control. Click Apply and OK.
