Question
After upgrading to Primo DVD 2.1.007 or greater I receive an "Active X Error 429: Cannot Create Object" when I click the SureThing button in Primo.

Answer

After upgrading to Primo DVD 2.1.007 or greater I receive an "Active X Error 429: Cannot Create Object" when I click the SureThing button in Primo.

You must install and then uninstall the latest version of SureThing version 5.0 software. This will add the necessary registry entries to correct the problem and allow you to continue using SureThing version 3.15.

You may also simply install SureThing version 5.0, leave it installed and choose to create all future labels in the updated software. Contact tech support for a username and password to download the latest version of SureThing -or- if you have a password download it here.
