Answer

1. Delete the "currentrun.hplg" file from this location “C:\ProgramData\PTI\PTFinish”.

2. Delete the "PTFinish.exe_Url_qpsrib4vofaqlnvd4wz04jcs4p0i0hlx" folder from this location "C:\Users\currentuser\AppData\Local\PTFinish".

3. Reopen PTFinish.
