PTPublisher stops printing after printing the first disc. Disc is left in the printer tray. Prints multiple copies OK from Disc Cover. (PTPublisher Mac)

Answer

Delete and re-add the printer driver.

Go to the apple - select system preferences - print and fax.

Find the printer - click on the "-" to delete it.

Click on the "+" to  re-add. Find the Primera printer on the list, select it and choose "Add".
