Not able to set label size in Nice Label when creating a new label. The size does not change from 4.72" or 119.9mm.
You may have another Primera printer installed on the same PC. If so, Nice Label defaults to that printer first. To fix this problem, click Next on the Label setup wizard to see the next screen where you are able to change the printer and the orientation. Set the printer to "Color Label Printer." Click the back button. Now enter the label dimensions.
To permanently fix this problem, set your default printer to the "Color Label Printer."
