Software Error 114 - PTPublisher - Error appears in job log.
When this error appears it means the disc was rejected because it is unreadable. An unreadable disc could be a bad blank disc, an already burned disc or it could mean that another program is attempting to spin up the blank disc.
If another program is attempting to spin up a blank disc it would prevent PTPublisher from reading that disc. To fix this error, disable the autorun feature in this program. One known program that attempts to spin up blank discs before PTPublisher can burn to them is Roxio EZ CD/DVD Creator. Uninstalling this program will resolve the error.
